Built for how estates actually run
Estate Marshal is a product of Adewebs Technologies. We build software for problems we see up close, and estate management is one of them — the WhatsApp group that doubles as a security system, the notebook at the gate that nobody can search later, the dues spreadsheet that only one person understands.
Most estate management software is built for a different market — Western condo boards, HOAs with a single payment rail, a level of formality that doesn't match how a Nigerian or African gated estate actually operates day to day. We built Estate Marshal from the other direction: starting with what an estate committee, a gate security team, and a resident actually need, then building the software around that.
That means visitor access that works the way gate handovers actually happen. An SOS that shares a real location, not a phone number to call. Dues collection that settles to the estate's own account, with a choice of payment rails rather than being locked into one. And a house registry that keeps a real history — so when a tenant moves out, the estate doesn't lose track of who lived where and what they owed.
We're early. Estate Marshal is a new product, built and rebuilt in direct response to what estate admins, security staff, and residents actually run into. If something about how it works doesn't match how your estate operates, that's worth telling us — it's exactly the kind of feedback that shapes what we build next.
